Phoenix House - Lakefront Property

This two bedroom house is a gem on Phoenix lake. It has an amazing unobstructed view of the lake with a large deck. The house is cozy and very comfortable even with a ramp in the garage possibly for an individual with mobility issues. Everything you could possibly need in a house is available such as batteries, coffee filters etc. It is 5-10 minutes to stores, hospital etc. The owner responds to any questions immediately. We had a wonderful time at the house and were sad to leave.

Very nice property at the end of a dead end street facing the lake. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly residents. Easy access to everything in town, including an approximately 5 minute drive to the hospital. The house was supplied with everything that I needed for my 6 month stay. Loved that there were kayaks for use in the lake. The owner was very responsive by text, phone, or email. I would definitely recommend this house, and would stay again if ever back in the area.

What a wonderful lakeside sanctuary! I lived here as a traveling nurse and it was a quiet safe neighborhood. My favorite part was the big front deck and beautiful lake out the front door. The landlord was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend this place to live!

My Boyfriend D and I stayed at Pheonix house for our travel contract in Sonora. It is close enough to get to the store quickly, but also serene enough to feel like an oasis in the mountains. The views from the front porch are so beautiful and the kayaks are an awesome bonus. Working with N was seamless. She is quick with responses if anything is needed and flexible with the unknowns that happen in travel. We were definitely sad to leave this home.

The location is beautiful and peaceful! The house is homey and cozy. It was a very relaxing and easy place to stay. We cooked dinner, sat on the front porch and watched the ducks, and slept really well! It is also not very far away from the highway and town (but feels secluded). I recommend it highly!

This is the greatest house right by the lake with wonderful views and very relaxing and comforting home environment. Home is turn key, with all you will need during your stay. Home owners very receptive to all your needs if any. Greatly enjoyed the hummingbirds and ability to kayak from across the road on lovely lake. Nice quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors.
