Quiet, Safe In-Law Suite - Private Entrance, Kitchenette, Near Hospitals

We had a fantastic 4-month stay at this 1BR/1BA furnished apartment in Gainesville. Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, it’s still just minutes from the University of Florida, Shands, the VA Hospital, and countless shops, restaurants, parks, and activities. The apartment is tastefully remodeled—modern, clean, and functional. The queen bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedroom stayed cool and dark for great sleep. The shower had excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything you need is nearby, with UF just a quick 15-minute drive away. The location offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Best of ALL was Andrea, an outstanding host—welcoming, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. She made us feel right at home like family. We would definitely stay again!!!

Quiet, Clean, Cozy and updated

Great location for all travelling hospital personnel. The suite is modern and updated and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet so you can get your good rest. A, the owner, is very pleasant and she makes sure the guest have everything they need to make it a comfortable stay.

Very Quiet and clean!

A is a wonderful host. The room had everything that I needed. I was able to cook and wash clothes and iron. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Her dog is well behaved and sweet. The property is not far from UF Shands. I would definitely recommend stating here.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay!

A has a beautiful house that is warm and welcoming. She and her sweet dog are wonderful housemates and the place is airy, clean, and very quiet. The neighborhood is amazing for walking and running and the location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. I adored staying here and looked forward to coming home each evening after a long day at work.
