Location, location, location Literally 2 blocks from the university hospital, football stadium, and campus. Designated parking, kindly hard to find in the neighborhood so HUGE plus Beautiful home inside and out, furnished, warm in the frigid winters, cool in the heated summers, grass is mowed weekly, snow cleared from driveway win needed, kitchen equipped with updated appliances and cookware, my unit of the duplex has a brand new washer and dryer, my very own bathroom (everything in it new) Closest neighbor is an amazing couple, Hawkeye fan i think they may bleed black and yellow lol,, but super friendly and affluent couple, other neighbors are all college students i find to be super respectful of me during my stay and of this property. Football game days are an experience Landlord is an amazing individual to work with, understanding and fair, very responsive. Ive been in the area since June of 2022, very reasonably priced in comparison to other properties:)

Good place, close to hospital

Good place to stay, close to hospital! We enjoyed staying here, it was cosy and in a good neighborhood. We rented both bedrooms, so there was plenty of space. R the owner was very responsive to any questions or issues we had, and was very nice. I would recommend this place!

Warm, Cozy place

This is a nice place to stay for short term stay like for travel nurse, very close to the hospital, around 15 min walk to the hospital. The landlord is very nice and responsive. The neighborhood are mainly students and residents. It is a safe area. We enjoyed living here.

Perfect for hospital workers

This property is perfect for those looking to stay for a year or less as it is fully furnished. It is also only a few blocks from the hospital. It was a very comfortable home that kept us warrm during the bitter winters. There is a driveway for parking and plenty of storage too. Snow/lawn maintenance was prompt and R is very responsive and a great landlord. The neighbours are nice and the surrounding student population is quite respectful of bedtime hours. I would recommend this place highly whether you are single or a family as there is the option to hire out the two bedrooms together.
