PERFECT Location...The heart of CapHill!
Wow..Perfect location JUST far away from the all the activity but close enough to make it super easy to get around! Originally I was only planning to be here for 90 days but extended for another 30 days because I didn't realize I would love Denver & SW CO as much as I did.This was my remote office base & could not have been better-WiFi was GREAT!The building itself is a historic brick building with lots of character & never heard the neighbors but were friendly as I saw them in the halls. Never had any problems but Kelly was always quick to respond to questions about the neighborhood & gave me tons of recommendations! Scooters& Lyft ALL around & SUPER EASY to get anywhere, even walking! Cheeseman Park 3 blocks away made for a great place to socialize or take in a quick jog. Grocery stores blocks away & plenty of some GREAT food ALL around including a great Asian bistro (Little Ginko Asian Cafe) & bar (Wild Corgi Pub) within 100'! A GREAT place to relax & explore Denver & SW Colorado!
