Quiet place to stay

Very quiet and comfortable! I worked nights at the hospital and this was a great place to come back to after a long shift to get some rest. Ms. Pauline was also very nice and accommodating.

Home Away From Home

I moved into a very clean and secured apartment. P is very attentive and big on safety. The area is well lit and has security camera's. I never felt threatened, it was a very quiet area. The apartment is spacious and the price is realistic. As a travel nurse I have never had this much space in an apartment and under $1000. This apartment comes with full size appliances including a washer/ dryer.

A home away from home

This property had everything that I was looking for. Its very spacious, clean and secured. Its literally 5 to 6 mins away from Ottumwa Regional which was great. Ms P is a caring, fair and sweet person that reminds you when its time to put out the trash every week. Lol Im very thankful to her for sharing this nice apartment for a reasonable and fair price. For 3 months it was my home away from home.

Great quiet apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Full size bed in bedroom. Only about a 5 minute drive to Ottumwa Regional. Clean.

Travel nursing apt rental

I called this place my concrete condo bc it is a basement apartment- its very clean & its very spacious. I had no problem getting my deposit back I had no problem with the landlord she was very accommodating and kind. The apartment was totally furnished it was nice and clean. The landlord was very honest and upfront about everything and very trustworthy I really enjoyed my experience.

Watch out!

Oh boy watch out for this property. Besides being in a dungeon with little to no cell service and Wi-Fi, the lights are broken and will buzz for hours. There's no outlet in the bathroom (which has a fan that screams at you everytime you turn on tge light) so you have to use the outlet by the washer and dryer to shave/use hair appliances. The carpet was never cleaned and had hair and bugs. Your bedroom door doesn't shut. I tried to get out of the lease 4 days after signing a month to month contract but p threatened a lawsuit to make us stay 3 months. I'm a contract worker so I sucked it up but the whole experience was awful. Snow removal was spotty. There's better spots and I wish I just went to court to get out of the lease. $875 was not worth it.
