Great stay
I had such a great experience staying here during my clinical rotation! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for the month. Lynda was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. I felt very comfortable staying here and would definitely recommend it to any other student looking for a place to stay during rotations!
Excellent stay!
Lynda’s place is great, Highly recommend for a hospital professional needing a place to stay. She is welcoming, communicative, responsive to needs. I felt like I was coming home every night! The space is very clean and comfortable. Close to the University and hospitals and in a safe neighborhood. I would 100% stay with Lynda again!
excellent stay!
Lynda's place is 10/10! I worked at upstate hospital for a contract which was only 7 minutes away from the hospital making it very convenient. Plenty of street parking. I had the pleasure of staying in both rooms as I switched midway so she could redo some things in the one. Great beds I slept good in both & plenty of closet space. the zoom room had everything I needed to cook my lunches & dinners. Lynda was amazing! always making sure I had everything I needed she went above and beyond. I would stay here again if I came back.
Great place
Great place to Stay Owner is extremely attentive to every detail. This place has all the things needed to have a comfortable stay I highly reccomend
I will miss this place.
I am an international student and a graduate of SU. I've been living here for five months, and I've had a wonderful time. Because of Lyn's dedication, my life here has been comfortable and delightful. She is a kind, funny, caring and compassionate landlord. I am very grateful to her. It was cool at summer and warm at winter. In a few days, I will return to my country. I am sad that I have very little chance of returning here. I had a fantastic view of the sunset from my room, Magnolia.
Delightful home!
I stayed here for a travel contract and loved the experience! Beautiful spacious room and bathroom, cozy with plenty of linens and pillows. The owner is very involved and wants to make sure you are comfy! I really loved living here and miss it! The Zinnia room is calming and wonderful.
Would definitely stay again!
I was very comfortable here. I felt welcomed and safe here. House is very clean. Owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place
Great place and convenient location
A friend recommended this place and I'm glad the owner could accommodate my schedule. Besides a having very comfortable room, the location is central to everything and minutes to get to my job at the college. The homeowner helped me feel welcome and provided recommendations for some great food. I just hope my work takes me to Syracuse again soon. I know where I'll be staying.
Great room, beautiful property
I stayed at this site from 10/16/20 to 12/1/20, then again from 12/26/20 to 7/15/20 as I was relocating to the area. The property is fenced in the back, is in a very safe neighborhood, and about a two minute drive from two shopping plazas that have the basics- a great bakery, pharmacies, grocery, a couple pizza and wing joints, and if you're traveling with a dog, there's a respected doggy day care too. The cool thing about the house is that it's an older home with charm, but it has updated features too, like a heated bathroom floor, a newer kitchen, and the back of the house on the main floor has wall to wall dual-dash windows that showcase the sunset. The owner is conscientious of your time and space, keeps everything shipshape, and nothing is ever broken around the house.
