A home away from home

In the beautiful city of Eau Claire, this cozy place was the perfect place to stay. The great people and comfortable stay made me feel right at home.

A Great Place to Stay!

I stayed in B J's studio for about 5 months recently while I was working as a travel nurse in the area. First of all, she is wonderful! The space is private, but the entrance of the studio is by her office so we would regularly chat when I'd come home from work. She's a very interesting person and I really enjoyed our talks. They would even share their excellent cooking with me sometimes too. She even took me exploring in the area a little bit as well. The studio itself is very spacious and clean and has everything you need. It is extremely quiet down there so you will have no trouble getting your sleep. I work days, but it would also be excellent for anyone working nights. Parking is also super easy.

My favorite stay!

I have rented from BJ twice in the past year and I will be back many more times! The Porter Place studio is spacious, immaculately clean and kept, quiet, and in the PERFECT location! I cannot recommend renting from here enough. As a remote worker, this space has everything you could ever need for an extended stay private kitchen, private bath, a desk in your room, etc. It's among the top rentals I've stayed in and I'm already counting down the days until I can come back. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Home away from home

This is as close to a hotel as you're going to get but without the extended stay hotel price. Your own kitchen, bathroom, bed, TV... The list goes on and on. I found myself in need of a place to stay but only for a short period and I was not prepared to buy furniture. This was a great opportunity for me and the owner is very accommodating. It's quiet, spacious, and private for anyone who needs that kind of living space. I was very happy to be there and I'm glad to have met B J. If I ever find myself in the position where I need a place to stay again I always know who to turn to and hopefully she has availability. I would definitely recommend this place and encourage anyone who is in need of a place to stay to consider this your home away from home.

Room down under

The studio is spacious and private, lots of storage room. Perfect for medical professionals who are working overnights, as it has no windows. Bobbi was very accommodating and attentive. Its in the heart of downtown Eau Claire, walking distance to local restaurants and entertainment venues. I would stay there again.

Coziest place in EC!

I stayed at this property for 2 months. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating. It is equipped with a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The space is located in the basement and it is very quiet and peaceful. Lots of space for storage. It's on the heart of downtown, so location couldn't be better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Porter Place. THANK YOU BOBBI.
