I am a traveling nurse from Texas and I had the pleasure of staying the whole summer with this family! The location is amazing the private room and private bathroom upstairs was exactly what I wanted they had air-conditioning in the summer which a lot of people didn't have and I was very happy to have it! It is so close to the hospital good Sam I was only 2 miles away and convenient to the gym shopping groceries entertainment everything! Most importantly D and her family made me feel like I was a member of their family I feel comfortable from the first day I met them they always invited me to join in whatever they were doing and I felt safe and as comfortable as if I was in my own home! D is always honest upfront and forthright in everything she does and more than accommodating! I still keep in touch with her to this day and I would gladly stay there anytime in the future! I highly recommend this place! Won't find a better bargain anywhere in the area!

Fantastic Good Sam House

Super friendly folks who never failed to offer me dinner when they were making it, though never felt pressured to join. The house was always quiet. The room I had was almost as big as my own home, and had a huge master bath to myself which was lovely. I could sleep in late knowing I was about 5 minute drive from my Good Samaritan Puyallup assignment. The neighborhood is textbook suburbia (literally a police officer lives across the street) so I never felt worried about safety of myself or my car. Worked at Good Sam ED and while it was craziness there, management is actually good there and staffing was good as well so I recommend the nearby hospital. Overall a good experience at this place and highly recommend!
