I absolutely loved my stay in this quaint little house. It was full of charm, spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy, peaceful and thoughtfully decorated, making it a home away from home. Angela, the host, was welcoming, responsive and made sure everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. I am a traveling healthcare worker and my assignment was cut short. Angela met me the same day and returned to me my deposit plus pro-rated my stay. For that I am grateful and I recommend renting any home from Angela.

Find details here in this text message to her Im writing to address several serious concerns that have made me very uncomfortable in your property. You entered the house without any notification, even when I was at work, and I would return to find a note on the door instead of a text or call. I frequently found the trash can overflowing, and there was no disclosure about the lead paint in the home, which could have posed serious health risks. Additionally, you never provided any receipt after payments, having your clear prior intention to steal my money. All of these issues have caused me significant stress and discomfort. I also want to let you know that I were advised that its crucial to document these concerns through police. My friends attorney has also managed to figure out your real full name, and records and this will be included in my documentation. I have documented everything, including evidence of the unreturned deposit and all related issues.

Best Accommodation's and Great communication

Angela is very accommodating and communicative. She went out of her way to help me out and make sure I was safe and comfortable while transitioning to TN from SC. She always checked in and made sure I was ok and didnt need anything. The location was great and just what I needed. Theres are lots of shops around and neighborhood is quiet. I couldnt have asked for a better situation and was so thankful for my stay.

Shady Landlord

Unfortunately this review is specifically for the Landlord. The house has been great we have had no issues but the Landlord is not a great person to work with at all. If you decide to rent this property you will need to take EXTENSIVE videos and photos on move in and move out. The Landlord will never want to meet you for walkthroughs so be prepared to document EVERYTHING. The Landlord will also fill your only trashcan completely up with loose disgusting trash to where you won't have any space to put your trash for a full week. Also keep track of all payments because the Landlord will not. They tried to act like we owed more money than we should and had payment dates wrong. STAY AWAY! I am now in the moveout process and not sure if I will have to sue just to get the deposit back. Will update when that is resolved or not.

Great rental

This house is exactly as pictured. Super clean. The owner is awesome. She responds to any questions within minutes. She also has other properties if this one isnt available as I have rented this property until April 1. The area is very quiet and minutes from Ballad Hospital. I would definitely stay here again for future assignments.
