Loved this place and it's owner

This has been our best experience in the 15 years we have wintered in AZ. Ms S.. is the best. We became friends with she and her mom. They really treated us as family. They immigrated to the US years ago and were so willing to tell us about their culture etc. We loved the condo and the 3rd floor view of the mountains. Neighbors were very friendly. The condo itself was well furnished with a great king size bed. All the appliances were in great working order. It was a great fit for us and we hope to return.

Immaculate Condo with beautiful furnishings and wonderful owner

This beautifully decorated upper level condo has a fully equipped and nicely kitchen with reverse-osmosis water filtration system. The Dining area has a large hardwood table with cushioned chairs located next to the kitchen. The Living Room includes an ornate sofa, lovely leather massage recliner with built-in cupholders, large smart TV, coffee table and beautiful Persian rug. An office area includes a large table for your laptop or desktop. The SpectrumLink internet is fast and reliable. The router has wired connectivity for faster speeds. The bedroom has a large bed, dresser, large double closet, ceiling fan and sliding glass door to the balcony. The bathroom has a double-sink with enclosed shower with sliding doors and separate light and fan. Lots of storage. The balcony has a table and chairs for enjoying a quiet time outside, in shade. The large washer and dryer and drying racks are located in a large closet on the balcony. Nice to have in-unit laundry but outside so its quiet!

S is such a sweet and kind person! I truly loved staying here. Quiet neighbors. Just enough space and storage for travel nurses. Would 10000.% recommend

Great Experience

Amazing landlord (lady) and overall experience. Ms. S***** made sure I was completely comfortable moving into her property and made sure I had all the necessary items to make my stay pleasurable. She is very big on family and you can feel that experience even before moving in. She provided a great tour of the facility and answered all of my questions before and after. Would def stay here again. Thank you Ms. S*****!!!!
