Cozy studio in an excellent location

The studio is spacious and modern, most of the furniture and appliances are new. It is located in a cute residential neighborhood at walking distance from a park, cafes, Whole Foods, and popular food/shopping streets like Alberta, Williams, and Mississippi. Upstairs lives a family with kids and a dog, so you'll hear footsteps/noises in the morning and occasionally during daytime. It is a basement, so you won't get a lot of natural light, but the light fixtures provide ample lighting. The best feature of the apartment is the cozy private garden right by the front door. Landlords live next door and are incredibly nice and helpful. Overall, I had a great stay.
