Excellent Property and Location

I was very happy with my experience in this property. It is very cozy and comfortable and in a great location. Sydney and Sean were excellent hosts and were easy to communicate with as well. I ended up extending my lease because I liked it so well. I highly recommend this property

Stayed here for a month for a rotation for medical school. Couldn't more highly recommend this place. Owner is is great, very accommodating and easy to work with. The place itself is incredible, very nice set up and comfortable and has everything you would need. My favorite part was the location, literally couldn't be in a better spot. Right in the heart of downtown king street with an unlimited amount of restaurants, bars, and shopping outlets as soon as you walk out the front door. Couldn't recommend this place more highly, 10/10

Exceptional Stay at this King Street apartment for a month!

I recently stayed at S'S apartment for a month, and I can confidently say that it was a 10/10 experience. S was an exceptional host from start to finish - he was always available to answer any questions I had, and he went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was honest, professional, and incredibly helpful. The apartment itself was equally impressive. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The space was cozy, and it had all of the amenities that I needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the living room was a great place to relax. The location was great. Right downtown near all of the best restaurants, bars, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and convenient place to stay. I would stay there again.
