Home away from home!

Beautiful Albuquerque home, very comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed for an extended stay. D (owner) was so very gracious and welcoming, & lives on the property site so she was always available or in touch, when needed. The kitchen was amazing, bedding soft and comfortable, & decor was tasteful & made to feel like home. Pictures here are very accurate! High speed internet & smart tv's in every room. Quiet, even next to the airforce base & airport, & we always felt very safe there. Neighborhood had nice, large homes & there is a small park right next door so noisy neighbors were never an issue. Would highly recommend for travelers or families, due to Albuquerque having some sketchy areas - so this is a gem! Close to several hospitals and lots of restaurants, & an easy drive to any attraction in the ABQ area. Thank you, D, for making this our home away from home!

Main House

I am a travel nurse and stayed in the main house during my travel assignment at UNM. D was a wonderful host and always responsive to any needs I had during my stay. The house feels very private and secure. It really felt like a second home. All amenities were easily accessed and functional. I would definately stay again if I returned to Albuquerque.

Dee was the absolute best host and Landlord throughout my stay here. She always responded to my texts on time and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The Casita was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. It was also tucked away from the rough parts of NM. I was sold immediately after touring the compound. I literally have no complaints with this booking. Thanks for everything Dee.

Home away from Home

This home is big, spacious and very "homey." I'm a travel nurse and lived there during my assignment at UNM. The location is great! The landscaping and views in the yard are beautiful! D, the owner is very helpful and she accomadated our every need. She made our stay very comfortable. She even went out of her way to see that I was taken care of!! I would definately recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, spacious home during your time in Albuquerque. The area and location may see a bit scary and concerning at first but I have to admit, it was one of the nicest and safest places I've ever stayed during a travel assignment. I worked 3pm to 330am so geting home at 4am was never an issue for me. My family visited on occasion and my kids loved it there!! Everything you need for your stay is easily accessible. Rooms are big, furniture is nice and beds are super comfy!! I'd definely like to stay again on my tour!!

The Perfect Casita

This is the perfect little casita! All you need is your clothing! Theres spacious yard with chairs to sit outside and enjoy them any time of day that you prefer. There is a fence that goes around the entire property for added security and the option of parking in or out of it is available to you. The Landlord is nothing short of incredible; not only will she help work out issues in the casita ( if that would ever happen) in a timely manner but she also strives at making the stay much more enjoyable. She is reasonable and a no nonsense type of woman. She is absolutely a breath of fresh air with kindness and compassion that revitalizes your faith in humanity. This is a fantastic location to stay. This casita can be a home away from home and a safe haven away from the fast paced world around it.

Perfect home away from home

This house provided rhe perfect accommodations for myself and another traveling nurse and my college-aged daughter. Owner was attentive to our needs and requests. Her quarters are attached to main house, but it never affected our privacy. Location is very quiet and in a safe neighborhood and conveniently located near I25. House is well equipped and furnished to meet mist of your needs. E I more time to enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard wirh flowing river walk stream. I highly recommend this property.

Home Sweet Home

I have stayed at the main house with two of my roommates for our very first travel assignment. I cannot say enough how wonderful staying at this house has been. The entire house was beautiful and truly felt like it was my own home while I stayed there. The kitchen was just newly renovated and fully equipped, giving us a variety of tools to use since we preferred cooking in. Despite being near the air-force, it was a pretty quiet area and I felt very safe staying on the property (and this is coming from a night shifter). Since we were all away from our families during the holidays, the owner of the property went above and beyond and found a way to keep our holiday spirits up through the decorations she would set up in front of the entry doorway. If you are looking for a place to stay while in NM, I would highly recommend this property. You will find a true home here and a new friend along the way.

Home Away From Home

Perfect place to call home while in Albuquerque for however long your stay is. The Casita is centrally located to just about everything in ABQ (and beyond) while remaining exceptionally quiet and peaceful, certainly a very difficult attribute to find within ABQ. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet, and the neighbors arent afraid to stop and say hi or chat. I, as well as my wife when she was able to visit, have jogged through the neighborhood and Bullhead Park many times and never felt unsafe or had an issue. The Casita has off street parking and you can even park your vehicle behind the property fence, if you desire. The Casita itself has everything to offer from an accommodation standpoint. If there was anything missing a quick call or text to D and she has it to offer from the main house. There is more closet, pantry and cabinet space than anyone could ask for. The full size kitchen appliances are a great attribute, as well. Again, great place!

Lovely Casita!

This guest house is an amazing find! It is on the back of the property in an upscale neighborhood, fenced in huge yard with a fire pit and plenty of places outside to sit and relax. The house was immaculate and all appliances like new. Private off street parking, the location is near many restaurants and attractions and not far from the interstates so exploring Albuquerque was easy. There is a Neighborhood Watch Group, I felt safe jogging on the roads on my days off. Beautiful place and the owner treated me like family. If I get back to Albuquerque I will definitely rent this Casita again!

loved my stay here, Dee is the kindest woman and looked out for me. the rental is quiet and clean, has everything i needed and more, would completely recommend.
