Shawn is a very proactive, upbeat landlord. House is large and very quiet/comfortable. Kitchen - HUGE. Everything you need & more. A LOT of space in the fridge/freezer + you have your own fridge in bedroom. Bathroom - high tech shower with 10 modes of water delivery from rain to mist to spray & never runs out of hot water. Bedroom - spacious & comfortable. Street view is 180 degrees (bay window) & full of trees. Exceptionally well arranged for comfort & convenience. Personal thermostat. I slept amazingly well, and was never interrupted by noise. Bed is very comfortable. Private code to enter room. Outside - Yard, porch & sidewalks make it very dog friendly. Great for relaxing or exercising. Neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. Bonus - Huge private parking area. 24-hr video security. Private code to enter house. Short walk to local shops/cafes & farmer's market on Sundays. Very convenient location. This house has everything you need and more.
