Fantastic Suite. My favorite place!
Private and secluded lower half of beautiful home available on gorgeous wooded lot. Great neighborhood with friendly people and nice pool and tennis. Easy access to necessities, restaurants and highways. Unit is well supplied with fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and couch and remains cool and breezy. Owner and his dog, Ollie are lovely, long time resident, welcoming and accommodating. Great place to make Georgia feel like home

Perfect!
Super clean. Nice area. About 30-45 min to inner city Atlanta and an hour away from beautiful hikes in northern Georgia. L is very nice and accommodating! Def would come back again.

Spacious Clean Quiet Comfortable Suite + Super Host/Landlord + Convenient Location
The suite is spacious, clean, cosy and quiet, located close to conveniences and in a safe neighborhood. The kitchen gets morning sun and feels bright and cheerful. The landlord cares about his tenants and is a super nice guy and very considerate. If you are looking for a temporary home in Alpharetta, Johns Creek or the northern suburbs of Atlanta, L's suite is the best choice.

Top Notch Affordable Apartment
I had the opportunity of renting this apartment. The landlord was the BEST and the apartment is immaculate. Lee the landlord would ALWAYS ask me what I needed or wanted in the apartment....he was like family and apartment was HUGE not to mention cozy and quite. I will definitely stay there again in a top notch neighborhood!!!

If you're looking for a Quiet in private environment this would be the place. Very homey and private and clean. Landlord thought of everything you would need. And respects your privacy. Yes I would definitely stay again.
