Perfect Spot
This is an adorable little place outside of the hustle and bustle of Denver but still short drive. Perfect yard for my dog , comfy bed and great water pressure. Very friendly landlords always willing to help and make sure everything was going well . Close to many restaurants , target and Walmart was short drive . Don't pass this place up . Would stay here again if ever in the area ?

Little Gem
Property is very well placed location wise. All the amenities have been expertly designed and situated so there isnt a need for anything. It is spotless and new. Bathroom felt like a spa. It has a European feel and although I wasnt able to stay long I will keep this on my list for a possible future stay. I loved the Youngs nursery Farmers Market where I got the best fruits and veggies in the State 2 minutes away. The parking space is huge and owners were very friendly.

Great for short term rental! Loved the location!
No hassle move in, homey, comfortable unit, the location made it easy to get everywhere. J was always willing to help with anything and making sure my needs were taken care of. It was great to have my yorkiepoo with me and the yard was very nice. I hope it's available when I am back in town. BTW, they also market marinated cheese products..mention this to them, when booking, maybe they'll also include some in YOUR welcome package...yummm :)

WOW!
Just wow! I loved it! it was in a great neighborhood near to a brewery and not only a fenced and private yard, which was perfect for my dog and really well managed, but a private patio as well. The duplex itself was very clean and well decorated, with both a beautiful interior and exterior as well, with a queen sized bed and full kitchen. The owners were also super nice and resourceful, fixing up anything that needed being done without any hassle. It was so private it was almost like having a house all to myself! I seriously miss this place and have yet to find somewhere that even comes close :) A huge shoutout to the owners for making my stay so comfortable.
