Perfect stay for young professionals

This townhome was absolutely perfect for myself and my roommate for the past few months. We are both in the medical field and the commute to the medical center was easy. The townhome was beautifully decorated and included all necessary and wanted amenities as well as a wonderful pool right outside our door. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood and even walked to some restaurants as well. The landlord was extremely responsive and helpful and even suggested places nearby to eat etc. We loved our stay here and if we are ever back in Houston we would love to stay again. 10/10 recommend.

great place in the heart of Houston

When we moved to Houston early in 2021 my family and I were planning to stay in this place for only couple of months. But we ended up staying almost a year. We enjoyed our living in Austin's place. It is very well maintained and recently renovated. There is a community pool right outside of the townhouse. It was a great thing to have during Houston summer. The location is excellent and close to number of parks. Our favorite was the Nelly Keys park - small community park with the playground only 10 min leisurely walk from the townhouse. Of course, the Memorial Park is only a 15-20 min walk Austin is a great landlord. Friendly and responsive. He was always ready to address any issues we had as quickly as he could. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Houston.

Houston Stay

Stayed here with a fellow travel nurse for a 3 month assignment, and it was great! Very nice, clean, and updated. Good location. The landlord, Austin, went above and beyond. Always readily available, and very kind. Highly recommend!
