I stayed October-January and had a wonderful stay! Bonnie and Katie are amazing and super welcoming. The area is well kept, clean and has everything you need. No complaints!! 10/10 would recommend and stay again if the time comes :)

Fantastic!

I stayed here in August/September 2025 and really enjoyed my stay. Great location, close to everything in the cities, but also in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Very spacious, perfect for a couple or single traveler. Hosts were incredible and very kind/welcoming- especially understanding when I had to end my stay prematurely due to being canceled at work. Space was very clean. Kitchenette was well stocked and perfect size. Comfy couch and living room area with great TV and desk area. Bedroom was great, bed comfy, tv great. Closet and bathroom were huge too. Free safe parking. Wish I could have stayed here longer.

What a great place!

My co-workers were so jealous when they saw I was staying here. Bonnie and Katie are great property owners, and they are so easy going. They were really attentive to my needs and requests. They continued to make the apartment even more enjoyable throughout my stay: adding appliances, inviting me to a party. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. I really hope this place is available the next time I take an assignment in the Cities.

Great Stay

Great living space and close to everything in the city. They made sure I had a private parking space and were great in making sure I could get out during the snowy conditions for work. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Excellent Rental space

During my stay here, I worked a rotating shift. One week nights and the following days. The landlords created a nice, inviting, quiet space for me to retreat after long days working. If there was an issue, such as a cold draft in the bathroom, they quickly addressed it. There was a shared space in the upstairs kitchen if I ever wanted to fix a nice meal and it was never an issue using the space. I felt welcome in the home and respected. (I was even invited to Christmas dinner!) My privacy was just as important as theirs so I would always get a call or text to verify if it was okay to come downstairs to grab something from the storage area. I had a separate entrance in the back of the house and did not have to worry about stairs during the winter. They also made sure to have parking for me and would even go out of their way to clear the snow from the walkway/ parking area. I really felt valued as their tenant. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stay

Loved the space, inviting, comfortable, amenities all you could want. Private space and entry. Safe residential neighborhood with access to any type food or store within minutes. Hosts were exceptionally friendly, considerate of night shift work schedule. Storage available for suitcases/bins you bring with you. Would highly recommend this place!
