Perfect for a travel nurse

Stayed at this cozy rental and loved it! The unit was quiet and felt safe with a comfy bed that made for great sleeps after my night shifts. Parking right out front was a bonus and the apartment itself was bright and open with, thanks to a big window with a nice view of Renton. The balcony was perfect for relaxing outside. Highly recommend!.

Very Cozy and Quiet Apartment

I stayed at this property during my 3 month contract and the apartment was great! I worked straight night shifts and the apartment was extremely quiet even being so close to the airport. The landlord was great to work with and very kind and attentive to any questions or needs. Would definitely recommend staying here and if I'm back in the area for another assignment would definitely stay here again! The windows are nice and big and allow for a nice open feeling and a great view of the valley with a nice patio to spend the nice days on. I felt extremely safe staying there in the neighborhood that the property was located and the outdoor cameras helped add to that comfort. Great place!!!

Wonderful Property for Travelers

This was the perfect property for my assignment - it had everything I needed and more! The apartment was very clean and pretty much brand new. All the appliances, from the kitchen to the washer & dryer, were new and worked perfectly. The apartment was well supplied and had everything I needed. The bathroom was very nice and the bed was super comfy. The balcony also has a wonderful view of the mountains and it made the perfect spot for eating breakfast on the nice days! As a young woman living there alone, I felt super safe in the apartment, and there were also cameras and motion sensor lights around the property. The owner also lives on the property, & she is very kind and helpful, so I felt more at ease knowing someone was around if I had an emergency or anything. I never had any problem with noise either, even working night shift. Parking is free and on property, and I always felt safe leaving my car there during trips and such. This property is great, I'd highly recommend it!

Beautiful, quiet and safe

The unit is immaculately clean, and beautiful with private entrance and porch. The pictures did not do this place justice- although the apartment is small the ceilings are very high with beautiful crown molding which makes it feel quite spacious, white marble floors and white marble countertops. Everything is brand new - the kitchenette, Washer and dryer, refrigerator, bathroom and mattress. The area is very safe, the house is gated with ample security cameras and light sensors. I had plenty of packages delivered, I believe somebody is always here to receive them and I have never had an issue receiving packages Ive ordered. Its also very quiet here, The neighbors are also very quiet. Initially, I had 2 vehicles which they easily accommodated. The owner has been very courteous, considerate and helpful throughout my stay. If I return to the area for another contract, I would definitely stay here again - Lovely place, lovely people.
