Extremely pleasant stay

My partner and I just completed a 2-month stay. We are senior citizens, and a safe neighborhood was of utmost importance to us. We needn't have worried. We took afternoon walks most days when we were home. The owner lives upstairs and was always very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.

Very nice!

Highlights: nice cozy bedroom, plenty of kitchen storage space and bathroom space, private parking, laundry, free wifi. It's pretty hard to find all of these in Philly, which definitely made this place very nice. The one thing that was less pleasant was that I had no AC during my first week, which was end of July, and as you can imagine, it got very hot. However, the reason I didn't take off a star was because the landlord (Tiffany) was very responsive and didn't make me feel like my needs were just being pushed on the back-burner. I got the ac unit and now, I have no complaints.

Private and Quiet place

My experience coming into this apartment has been nothing short of excellent. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. Upon arrival, the building was clean and secure, and the apartment itself was spotless and beautifully furnished. It felt like a home right away, with all necessary amenities, including ready-to-use Wi-Fi. A thoughtful welcome gift basket with snacks made the move-in even more pleasant. Overall, the transition was smooth, and I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Very patient and nice.

Great Rental

Cute space near Upenn and Lankenau. Was greeted with a gift basket with a few supplies and snacks they say I arrived. One of my favorite features is the off street parking which is really hard to find in Philly. Other favorite is the filter on the shower head which makes a nice relaxing shower. Nice amount of space in bedroom. Host is very responsive and got things fixed and maintained ASAP when it came up. Takes great care of the space. Great food and shopping options within a 20 min drive and the king of Prussia mall isnt that far away either. Location and rental was comfortable and homey :)

Cozy Rental

Property was very nice and cozy. Private living space with private entrance. Felt like home away from home. Host was very nice and accomadating. Easy to work with. Checked in occassionally to make sure everything was going alright.

Great Find

This is a property is located in a good area that is close to hospitals, shops and dining. The property owner is courteous and willing to accommodate to any needs you may have regarding the rental. My lease was for 3 months, but I extended for an additional 3 months. Im a Travel Sterile Processing Technician and will recommend this property for any traveler that is looking for a safe and good environment to stay.
