This is a nice house and a good deal. N was always responsive to all our needs and requests and even replaced a clogged toilet the very next day. The kitchen is pretty well stocked but could use more pots. The house is in a quiet, middle-class residential neighborhood and is convenient to hospitals, shopping and recreation. If you like cycling, running or walking, the greenway trail is just a few minutes walk. N kept the house clean and all utilities worked fine. Every room has a flat screen TV with Roku. N is easy going and approachable. My housemates were quiet and respectful.
