Quiet refuge in a beautiful location

Karen reached out to us about this place. At first, we were hesitant about the location as we wanted to be closer to the French Quarter but once we got here, we did not regret our decision for one moment. This unit is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the Mississippi River Levee.The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Karen is the best landlord and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We had some maintenance issues and she addressed it the same day, arranging for the fix within a couple of days. There's lots of street parking, and it is close to the Ferry if you want to pop over to the French Quarter. It isn't far from the highway, less than 5 minutes if you need to go elsewhere. There is a grocery store within 3 miles. We have loved living in this unit. It has high ceilings, great central air, a well-equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer that gets the job done. We cannot say enough great things about this unit. We have enjoyed living here!
