Loving cozy space in a convenient locale

I stayed at the 1st floor apartment in this duplex for almost 9 months during the pandemic. The studio feels spacious with a modern kitchen to do as much (or as little) cooking as you'd like. The soaking tub in the bathroom is often the highlight of my day. The furnishings makes this place comfortable; I felt very much at home. The apartment is minutes from downtown, UofA, and I-10, with easy access to hospitals in Tucson. N is a responsive landlord, professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
