I loved staying here! It was the perfect area for me to get to work and it was too busy!

Fantastic home away from home!

This was a very well-built rental unit with all of the nice finishes. It was in a great central location. I never once worried about my vehicle or my belongings being in any danger. The owners are truly fantastic! They were both incredibly friendly and attentive to any all need of the tenant! I very highly recommend this property!

My experience

I recently spent 8 months here. Its in the perfect neighborhood if your working at downtown Presbyterian or UNM. The house itself is quiet and has everything you need to make your stay comfy! In addition the landlords are kind as well as generous. I had a flat tire and they had an air compressor and helped me out by airing it up so I could get it fixed.

Great little place!

Pictures are exactly like what you will be getting. Clean, updated, quiet and great place to stay. Off street parking, washer and dryer a plus. Landlords were so nice and accommodating! Definitely a top property in ABQ. Would recommend and stay there again.

UNBELIEVABLE VALUE!!!

WOW! T is such an amazing host, and has put such a personal touch on this property. Safe, off street parking sealed the deal, but the true chefs kitchen made me never want to leave. Ample room for 1-2 people with the occasional guest. The laundry being in the restroom was amazing too. The private side patio made for amazing ABQ evenings with a beer or cocktail and a friend. I cannot recommend this place enough! The cherry on top was being able to walk to and from work every day. Thanks again T!!!

We loved staying here! We had everything that we needed and it was very close to UNM. The house has a washer/dryer which is very convenient. Tandi and her husband are great landlords, they got back to us almost immediately with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
