Comforts of Home

When I first saw this property I was so excited to see it in person. It is such a beautiful space. I loved how organized it was and how easy it was to keep tidy. I enjoyed having my own washer and dryer. The house is well insulated and I rarely heard the owners. The neighbor hood is quiet and family oriented, you will see people walking their dogs and children playing with their families. I enjoyed walking the path where the stream is. G and R were so inviting and made me feel at home. I know some people frown at having no personal entrance but it was just fine. I never felt like I was intruding. They keep their house so organized and clean and are there if I ever needed anything. I even had a couple loads of banana bread made for me by R. I would rate my 9 month stay 10/10! Thanks so much!!!

Long term Stay

Both the owners of the property are great. Very easygoing couple who leave you your own space. The Space itself is very large. furnished beautifully with multiple couches, a very comfortable bed, nice sitting area, a spacious modern bathroom and a very nice kitchen. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay for your time in Colorado this place fits the bill perfectly. I would definitely rent from this enjoyable couple in the future.

You won't want to leave!

First of all G and R are absolutely amazing! The space is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and central to everything. If you're looking for a place that's affordable, cozy, quiet, and has amazing hosts then this is the place for you. I'm blessed to have stayed in this beautiful space and would 100% recommend to anyone looking in this area.

Amazing Hosts amd Spacious Apartment

This property is in a centrally located, safe neighborhood. When I viewed it, I new immediately I wanted to rent from R and G. This is a very affordable, well equipped, spacious basement apartment. I worked nights and hardly knew when they were home. Thank you G and R!!! I definitely would rent from them again!

5 STARS!!!

Although, I was only able to stay for a month until my next assignment took me back East, I could not have found a better place than with Glynn and Rebekah. The apartment is immaculate, spacious, and complete with everything. Glynn and Rebekah are charming and thoughtful. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer.

Fantastic Hosts

I stayed with Rebekah and Glynn for just over 3 months. The space was actually much larger than I thought it would be. I had everything I needed and they were very considerate of my privacy. I felt very much at home as if I had lived there for years. I honestly couldn't have asked for better people to stay with. Highly recommend!
