We needed an extended stay option during our renovation that would tick all the boxes. Convenient location Reasonably priced Quiet neighborhood Home with character Private fenced-in yard Free parking I was worried that wed compromise our daily routines by uprooting temporarily, but L and T made the transition easy. We settled in quickly, we were able to access 183 to get to our jobs, and had endless options for food, coffee, and cocktails. If we werent renovating our home, wed live in this area because of the proximity to Mueller and local destinations. The house is a Texas charmer - how I imagine old Austin. Its been well maintained and has had quite a few updates. We looked for a place w/ 2 bedrooms and I couldnt fathom the idea of spending nearly 3x our mortgage for a rental, which is what I found in this area. This property aligned with what we were looking for and fell well within our overall budget. We highly recommend this home for long term stays!
