Relaxing oasis away from home

Located in a beautiful neighborhood with awesome amenities, quick drive to many different beaches and shops. The room is very spacious with lots of storage and a private bathroom. The host is very sweet and easy to get along with. Provides you with lots of privacy. The house is a nice and quiet environment, I worked midnights and had no trouble sleeping throughout the day. Garage access parking at night. I would 100% recommend staying here and if I'm in the area again I would definitely stay here.

Luxurious Townhomes

Very nice and upscale neighborhood! Townhome was beautiful and spotless with cleaning once a month! Big bedroom with a lot of closet space (which I definitely needed)! Y was always nice and responsive to any accommodations I requested. I even got to meet Coco, a cute dog she dog sits for time to time. Parking in the garage was a plus for me since I have a newer 2022 vehicle. Literally 2 miles from CHOC Missiononly took me 8 - 10 min! Easiest drive ever! I highly recommend renting a room here!

Great place, great host, great stay

Conveniently located unit with ample amount of storage in the garage. Host was very accommodating, I would recommend this place to anyone.
