Great stay in a nice location

Landlords were amazing and very kind. They were always making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The studio has a very comfortable bed and already comes with a lot of amenities for you to use such as towels, utensils, plates, pots, and other small things. Great respect for your privacy. Location is great. Central Redwood City, just 5-6 minutes from downtown with lots of restaurants. 10 minute walk to Caltrain station so you can take it to SF or San Jose. Was nervous about bringing my car in terms of parking and crime, but the area is very safe. Street parking is always available in the neighborhood, and did not have a single issue with safety. It's a safe residential, good and vibrant neighborhood.

Cozy Unit near Downtown

Lovely studio

This quaint studio has every essential to live comfortably for 3 months. Its location is an easy and convenient walk to a grocery store, including downtown and train station. The hostess is lovely and attentive. I would recommend this stay to any traveler.

Great Unit Near Stanford!

I stayed in this studio while finishing up clinical rotations for my grad school program. The location was great and about a 15 minute drive to the Stanford Hospital. Upon my arrival, the unit was very clean and had all basic necessities. The owners are very nice and approachable! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone in the area!

Nice studio!

I stayed in this studio for 5 months while working at Stanford. R was a great host she was always attentive and made sure I had everything I needed.Laundry on premises which was a big plus! Always received all my packages from Amazon or anything, I appreciate that very much! Downtown is close by walking distance. Target, grocery stores, restaurants all close by very convenient! Will def recommend this place!!

Comfortable and Conveniently Located

I stayed at this apartment for 3 months while working at Stanford Health's main campus. It is about a 15-minute drive from Stanford. Other hospitals are also close by. Walking distance from downtown Redwood City. Close to highways. On-site parking and laundry on premises. This house is on a cul-de-sac, so it was quiet and safe. Bedroom was very large, with CA King bed. Full refrigerator (new), hot plate, and countertop convection oven in kitchen. Comfortable couch and adequate storage. R (owner) was very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was equipped/stocked with all the basics, including bath towels and kitchen utensils. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing room

The property owners were amazing. They are very attentive and helpful. The room is very nice. It has enough space for a single person. The bathroom is very clean, I never had any problem with the water heater or running out of water. The place is very quiet. Internet is fast and the room has a big TV. Washer and dryer were great. I never had any problem during my stay between December 2020 to March 31 2021. I highly recommend this property. The neighborhood are safe, I walk around the neighborhood going to and back from work and didn't encounter any problem. It's only a few minutes walk to downtown Redwood city and close to the grocery store. 5 star to this property. I would stay here again if given a chance!
