Private room in Puyallup, Washington
Landlord Tenure: 6 years, 5 months
Welcome to the PNW! We love hosting travel nurses from all over the country and hope you find this place to be your comfortable home away from home. You will love this location!
Built in 1904, this house is one of a kind. It is situated in the heart of Puyallup, walkable to all areas downtown. It is a well-cared for 3,000 sq. ft. house boasting a huge chefs kitchen, 2 pantries, a full size fridge and full size freezer, a ...
Great find
Really enjoyed my stay here. Landlords were amazing! very friendly and easy to reach. I was given everything I needed to be comfortable. The house is conveniently located to downtown, grocery stores, and highway entrance.
Room in home
I was here for about 6 months. I was moving from another furnished funder but was saved by the grace of God by being able to rent out this place. My room was near the Puyallup Room. Everything a traveler you need and had wonderful roommates in the process. If I ever head back that way, this place is the first spot I am reaching out to.
Amazing Home!
I can't give a high enough review adequate for the house, location, housemates, and homeowners. I lived in the Harry Potter room for 7 months... the steep stairs aren't bad... worth it for the peaceful room and on a clear day you can see Rainier from the window! The kitchen was great- never had an issue with cooking schedules. The grill and tabletop outdoor fire ring are also great for late night summer get togethers after a hike. The Harry Potter room shares a bathroom with 2 others and I never had an issue because the other healthcare providers had different work hours. Laundry is also super easy going. People are great about being mindful of not leaving stuff in the machines and the laundry room is very large so it's great for all your backpacking/camping and ski gear storage. The homeowners truly make it a great experience as the house is beautifully maintained and cleaners come for the common living areas. All in all, don't think twice about the house, you will want to live here :)
Great find!
My favorite stay so far as a travel nurse! The home is absolutely beautiful, very roomy, and has everything you could need. In a cute, safe area with plenty around to do. I really enjoyed living with other travel health care workers. Cami was a great host and very responsive. 100% recommend and would stay again!
Amazing Place!
Everything about this stay was amazing! The location is great, lots to do in downtown and the surrounding areas. The landlord is very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Best Rental Imaginable for HCW Travelers
I stayed in Lino room for 3 months, then switched to the Olympic for another 15 weeks - so more than 6 months in total. I loved staying here and can only hope future properties are so good. The owners C & B are lovely people -- they're nice, responsive and maintain a great property. The property is safe, quiet & well-appointed -- with a big and well-equipped kitchen (you don't need to bring anything except specialty equipment, if you must); large & comfortable common rooms; large laundry room with plenty of linens; nice cozy bedrooms & suites with great bathrooms. Centrally located and perfect for those working at Good Samaritan in Puyallup, Tacoma-area hospitals, probably anywhere up to 30 minutes away. I'll definitely stay here if I return to the area - you'll love it too!
Best Place to Stay!
I spent 3 months in the Lino room and I have no complaints! Best rental I have stayed at. There are restaurants/park/stores all within walking distance. Plenty of parking on site, clean large kitchen and two living rooms. Made lots of friends within the house!
The best place to stay in Puyallup!
The room that I stayed in was great with a private bathroom and little deck out of the side door. The house is so much fun with so many people. Theres always someone to hang out with and I made great friends with the roommates. Were planning on seeing if we can meet up on another assignment! C and B are great and always available for anything we need. They are great with communication. Definitely recommend this place if you work for Good Sam, Auburn, or even Tacoma.
5 star rental
I spent 6 months at this rental and absolutely loved it! Plenty of space in the house and located close to restaurants/grocery stores/gym/etc. Renting at a property with solely travel nurses was a great way to meet new like-minded people and gave me an instant group of friends. The property is an easy 20 minute drive from Tacoma for those working at hospitals in that area. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!
Review of Puyallup Hose
The property is amazing and the fellow travel nurses makes the house feel more like a home then an temporary accommodation. The main benefit of staying here is having an instant group of friends. I lived here for a year and would highly recommend this property.
The Dream Travel RN house
Words cannot express how lucky I feel to have found this house and had the opportunity to live in it for 5 months. The time flew by. The house itself is gorgeous, spacious and very cozy, both inside and in the backyard. The location is perfect...Puyallup is a warm, welcoming town and its walking distance to the hospital I worked at, the state fair, the soccer field/track, the library, park and farmers market. The hosts Cami and Brian and extremely nice and communicate well with each house member. At first I was nervous living with 5 other strangers, but we all became very close friends and I couldn;t have asked for a better place to be and better people to live with. I consider them life-long friends and it was nice to live iwth other nurses to vent about our shifts together and explore together on our days off. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you for all the great memories! This house will forever feel like a home to me:)
A home away from home
I absolutely loved my time in this house! My commute to Good Samaritan hospital was less than five minutes. The Olympic room was spacious with plenty of storage space in the baskets on the wall and under the bed. I loved the extra lofted bed for guests! My room had its own lock and every tenant had their own shelves in the pantry/fridge. The outdoor spaces are incredible too! Plus the landlords and my roommates were so welcoming! Stay here if you come to Puyallup!
Perfect
Excellent experience, perfect for my needs. Nice to meet other nurses here too.
SO Homey
Everything about this location is so convenient. I worked in Auburn and the commute was short and easy. The house is incredible and so spacious. There are several other traveling professionals occupying the various rooms and it never felt crowded. The common areas are professionally cleaned often. The owners are the coolest, most easy-going people. They care about each tenant, value the work traveling nurses do, and treat you like you are their own. If I have a contract in the Seattle-Tacoma area, I would choose this location first every time.
property review
I Cant say enough good things about this property. It was my first travel assignment and the house and the property owners were amazing! The house has so many wonderful amenities and is centered within walking distance of downtown Puyallup. The house is spacious and everything is newly renovated. The owners were so hands-on and helpful with literally anything that the tenants needed. I was so happy with this house that I plan to return to this same house for a future assignment. Book this gem if you can!
