Great Location

This unit is the upstairs unit in a duplex with its own private entrance. The house is a little older, but it has all of the essentials needed for my stay and is in a great location if you want to avoid some traffic commuting in traffic. There was always ample street parking (free) on the street in front of the apartment for my vehicle. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Bus access is nearby(about 1-2 blocks away). My wife and I never had any noise complaints. The landlord K was very welcoming and kind. She was prompt to assist us with any issues that we had during our stay.
