This beautiful hickory cabinet-spacious kitchen has everything...INCLUDING "the kitchen sink." If there is something missing like "where's Waldo"...Just ask and we can probably find it OR get it for your convenience. Cell charging USB's in kitchen too.

There's that bicycle-wine rack on top of the refrigerator. (if you need an amazing "wine APP" that will help you choose great wines, let me know!) The micro, and a whole bunch or counter space...AND under-cabinet lighting...Looks really nice at night.

A beautiful large bedroom with a Queen bed, Large dresser, night stand, lamp, dual alarm clock & radio, heating & AC, patio slider out to your beautiful 30 foot deck. 2 x 12 walls and amazing insulation. Plus top down-bottom up blinds. Some plug-ins in the room have cell charger USB's.

Just...wow!!!

As a travel nurse working all over the country, I can confidently say that this is the cutest and most well appointed home away from home that I have stayed in while on assignment. It is very clean, comfortable and in a very safe area. Mark is a gracious host and has made the utmost effort in making sure his guests have everything they need. As night shift workers it is important to have an environment conducive to sleeping well; Mark happily offered to and placed a set of blackout curtains over the bedroom patio doors to accommodate our sleep schedule. Seriously, all we needed when we got here for work was our clothing and groceries. EVERYTHING has been thought of and provided. Fully stocked and functional kitchen. Cleaning supplies, full size side by side washer and dryer with detergents. And with a nod to the COVID pandemic, there was even toilet paper stocked! :-) This is a great place to come "home" to after a shift or after a day of exploring this beautiful area.

Thank you for your comments. I've tried to think of everything. In my travels, staying at condo's, etc...and them not having certain things I wished they had supplied. I've used these experiences as examples of how I would improve what I would do for accommodations if I had a place....Well, It's my turn to make your stay flawless as can be. Perfect

Its the best travel property I have ever stayed. It has everything you need and is in a great location. It has security and great lighting for any hours you might work. Its just a few miles from grocery stores, restaurants and hospitals. The landlord is helpful and thoughtful.

Thank you for those "early-on" comments...Than means a lot to me...There is nothing used, and everything is great quality...As a landlord for 30 years, I understand that people need "complete-comfort without compromise"...Of course, there is the compromise of not sleeping in "your own bed." But besides that. My goal is to make sure you have everything else. I know this is the number one location in Spokane, (check), I know it has hi-visibility lighting (check), I know this has low crime rate (check-check). This home is actually just blocks from 3 nice restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and morning breakfast wonderful food too (check). If there is ever anything you need, it can pretty much be there by the time you get home from your job here....Thanks again...My hope is that there will be amazing people like you that care to extend your stay for a looonggg time because you know, you simply, wont find better accommodations and they will continue to even get better, yep...that's my goal!
