phenomenal stay

I had a short but comfortable stay at Ms. Warrens 's place while in town for work as a traveling medical professional. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and easy. The location was convenient very safe for my needs, with amenities, restaurants and public transport nearby. Although I was only there for a short time, it provided everything I needed for a restful stay. Would definitely recommend for business travelers or anyone needing a comfortable, hassle-free stay!

Beautiful space and amazing owner!

The entire building is lovely from the architecture to the decor and furnishings. I have truly enjoyed my stay here. S is the sweetest ever and I have seriously enjoyed the cookouts! She has been able to give many suggestions on sights or see and things to do as well as very accommodating to my needs. Leaving is truly bittersweet for me! I plan to stay here next time I take a contract in Chicago! You can literally walk to the beach and the lakeshore trails!

GREAT SPACE

This place was conveniently located to downtown and to the lake. Street parking was available as well. The landlord was available when I had questions and responded promptly. She was very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. The space was clean and had everything that I needed in it. As a traveler the convenience of having a washer and dryer in unit is a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Chicago.

The property was very nice and cozy. The unit was safe and secure. The property was walking distance to the Lakefront. The Landlord was always available when needed.

Great Space!

This is a very spacious and open unit with all the amenities I needed. My must-haves were a in-unit washer/dryer, parking, and safety. The building is very secure and I felt very safe at this property; you have to have keys to enter the building and there is a buzzer to buzz your guest in; with security cameras inside and surrounding the building. This unit is very nicely decorated and updated! The property owner was always accessible if I needed anything and even provided me a Christmas tree and ornaments to put up in the unit as I was there during the holidays. This property is also near the Lakefront area. Very private, secure building, and large space! I'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again if I ever return to the Chicago area.
