1 Year, ZERO Problems

Look no further! This property has everything you need and then some for your stay in Bakersfield. Cozy, looks as good as the pictures, well furnished, and comfortable! I stayed here for over a year and never had a problem. I made use of the gym and it had everything I needed as well. Heather is the warmest host and she makes sure you have everything you need! My time in Bakersfield was excellent because my housing was never an issue for me. I would book again without a second thought.

Travel OT Assignment

I stayed here for my travel OT assignment in Bakersfield. It was cozy, clean, and a convenient distance to work. Landlord is super friendly and easily approachable. I really appreciated being able to invite friends and family to the apartment too. I would definitely recommend to other traveling professionals!

Most comfortable stay EVER

My first time renting so close to my landlord but let me tell you it was the safest and most comfortable I've ever felt during a travel assignment especially with me being so far from home. H was so considerate since the day i contacted her. She is sweet, very approachable, flexible and so respectful when it comes to space and privacy. Her hospitality was very much appreciated. The space was so nice and home(y). Everything considered an essential need for a comfortable stay was provided. Small cooktop, w/d, fridge, cookware, extra cleaning supplies, high pressured shower head(my fav), comfortable seating for winding down, comfortable bed, no bugs, great view, safe quiet environment and she also had some great comfort pets that were all so sweet. To me this space can be accommodating to almost anyone whether you are alone or a couple. If I'm in the area working again I'm sure she will be booked but i will still check in with her first as i would love to stay again

Great Stay

-This was a great studio that didnt feel like a studio. Upstairs of a two story casita- separate from the house- very spacious, very clean, private. Has all the essentials-from towels to hair dryer, washer, dryer, iron and board, fridge and freezer, electric stove, microwave, Keurig, all kitchen essentials, TV with subscriptions to several Netflix, Disney, Hulu and few others. Bed was comfortable, Theres a large study desk as well with comfortable chair. -As guests we had access to the beautiful swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor grill, and game room, gym downstairs. -Basically, Heather has meticulously thought of every need one might have. She is super accommodating and responds immediately to any concerns though we didnt really have any during our stay other than asking extension to your stay. We originally planned to stay one month, ended up staying for more than 2 months. Great for traveling professionals and long term stays. Very safe and quite neighborhood.

Amazing property and host

I cannot say enough great things about my experience here. The studio is beautiful and in a great and safe location. Restaurants and shops are within 10-15 minutes driving distance. You have access to her gym, pool, and hot tub as well as to all of her TV streaming services. I had everything I needed - a washer/dryer, working appliances, and the perfect space to wind down after a long day of work. Miss H is a fantastic host and landlord. She is very laid back and accommodating and helped me with everything that I needed. Her dogs are so sweet and friendly. It was always a treat to greet them after a long day of work. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Nice, Private, and Safe

Beautiful! The pictures dont do the apartment, pool, and amenities justice! Features included a full size washer and dryer, large tile shower with seat, walk in closet, queen size bed, tv, granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker, full gym, and hot tub. Safety features include cameras around the perimeter of the main house as well as a gated backyard. I loved my time here and would most definitely stay here again given the opportunity!
