My Stay

During my assignment, I had the pleasure of staying at Park Place at Altamonte Springs, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Lisa and Keith, my hosts, were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, Lisa went out of her way to make me feel welcome, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location of the property is amazing. Everything you need is close bysupermarkets, the mall, and even the beautiful Cranes Roost for a leisurely walk. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home after long shifts. The peaceful view of the lake behind the unit was the perfect touch, offering a serene escape from busy days. Lisa and Keith were incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring my stay was exceptional. If you're a travel nurse or simply looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend the Park Place. Thank you, Lisa and Keith, for making my time here truly memorable!

Good place and Great hosts!

The hosts are as good as the backyard lake view sunrise. They were very accommodating, and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Mr K is very funny. The house was exactly as shown in the images and description. It is a private property, was squeaky clean, and had everything I needed. The house is 2 mins away from AdventHealth Altamonte Springs. I had a spectacular time here and would definitely come back.

Great place

I've completely overtaken their outdoor table with plant seedlings. And they're so nice about it. Lol. I've enjoyed my time here. I got some fresh eggs! There are fresh oranges and grapefruit. And the pups are very friendly. Kitchen had everything you need for an extended stay. You can put the air fryer in bake mode or toast mode. I just brought a little skillet. The apartment gets cleaned every 2 weeks or so. I would come home from a 12 hour shift to a clean apartment and washed/ folded towels, fresh bed sheets. It was nice! It's right on the lake so I could sit on the deck and watch the birds or get my seedlings started for when I go back home.

Best Part of My Contract

I had a long three months in Orlando due to the terrible assignment I had. Coming home to this place was the only thing I looked forward to when clocking out. D and A are very friendly dogs and sometimes welcomed me home after work. L and K were great hosts and Lisa was very attentive to any requests/concerns that I had. I thought it was awesome a cleaning person came once a month since I'm not home most of the time. When I am home I barely notice that Lisa and Keith are there; it's a very private 1/1 with plenty of space. There's no stove in the kitchen but the air fryer is a great alternative. I ended up buying a cheap cooktop from Walmart and was pretty set with that. If I ever take another contract in this area again I will definitely be booking this place (: P.S. if you're lucky enough you may get some freshly laid eggs!

If you are looking for a very nice and relaxing area, this is your to go place. L and K are very kind and accommodating landlords. I enjoyed my stay, thank you so much. I would recommend staying at their place 100%

Beautiful, serene property

Beautiful property on the lake in altamonte springs. K and L are excellent hosts that understand the value of privacy. They are both very friendly, kind and have created a space where you can rest without interruptions. They have two cute, friendly dogs that sometimes greet you but will not jump on you at any time; they are also quiet. This property is conveniently located literally 2mins from Altamonte Springs advent health hospital. I left the place at 623 to me at work at 630 and was never late. That's how close it is. This property is centrally located literally to everything. I would 1000% recommend this property to a fellow traveler. You will not be disappointed.

All you can ask for

Honestly, I could not ask for anything more. The place is beautifully decorated and gives such a homey feel. The landlords are equally as amazing, super friendly and helpful while also respectful your privacy. Such an ideal location for anyone to stay, especially travel RNs since it is only walking distance from AdventHealth. Also, located close to many of the towns biggest attractions and restaurants. 10/10 definitely recommend !

Perfect place to live

The landlords for this property are awesome. They are very welcoming and friendly. As for the property, everything looks just like it does in the pictures. I highly recommend

Best location, home away from

Loved everything (quite luteralky) about this place. From the location, to the landlords, to the from the pups, to the attention to detail from L & K. I really do attribute a good piece of my success to making it it through my last contract to them! The bed is as comfortable or more than my own bed @ home!!!! (Many exhausted yet sleep-filled peaceful nights were had!) The place is modern & in stellar condition. All the basics are provided for & the kitchenette is more than basic- Ive easily cooked entire meals in it with the toaster/oven/air fryer/slow cooker/rotisserie combo! (Ill likely go but one for my house now!) so easy to use. The apartment is secluded enough to be sooo peaceful & make sure you dogs because they will on you if youre outside when they are! You can pick fresh papaya & just about anything else from L's edible backyard, shes very accommodating/educational about everything back there including the chickens! Cant wait to stay here again!

Travel nurse paradise

Travel nurses....this is a great place to stay if you are working in the area. The apartment is great. It is a comfortable home away from home. Nice, comfy bed that you can lay in and listen to the birds around the lake. Beautiful deck that overlooks the back yard and a beautiful, peaceful lake. It's a great place to kayak and bird watch. Amber and Daisy are so great. They are a great break after a stressful day and love to get their scratches and lovins. Lisa and Keith are great landlords. Always going above an beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I wanted for nothing and they treated me like family. I would recommend this place highly. It is in the perfect place for day trips and exploring. I have totally enjoyed my time here and would definitely return if I have a contract in this area again.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I have been back to the Orlando area many times over the last 10 years after I moved away & this property was the one place that made me feel at home. From the stunning decor, beautiful furnishings & every amenity you can think of to the locationperfectly private. Perfect as in walking distance to Altamonte Hospital, restaurants, shopping, easy access to I-4 & 414 and private in that the hustle and bustle Is hidden away from this amazing lakeside property. You dont hear traffic while you are lounging by the lake and see skyline if you look upjust see eagles flying around otters playing
