Highly Recommend
I can't say enough good things about our stay here! My friend & I are both travel nurses who stayed here for a little less than 6 months. The space is just as it looks in pictures - clean, newly renovated & beautiful. The roof was also an added bonus for us & a perfect spot to hang out and watch a sunset. The location is also perfect with breweries, restaurants & even a pilates studio all within walking distance. Lety & Phil were also very responsive & made sure to be available for anything that we may have needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Looking forward to coming back
This apartment is exactly what they described it to be. The spacious two bedrooms/bathrooms made our stay comfortable as if we were at home. It is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything was neatly organized and clean. The location was ideal. We walked to the nearby coffee shop every morning and enjoyed meals at close by restaurants. We didn't have to drive anywhere if we felt like staying close by. The landlords are friendly and always available to answer any questions about the apartment or San Diego in general. Only bad thing was having to leave when our time was up! We highly recommend staying at this location!

Excellent stay, 10/10 Experience
My GF and I are traveling nurses and stayed here for a little over 5 months. Our stay was great thanks to a few factors, the unit, location, and the landlords. To start, the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is newly built within the last few years. The unit is on the second floor (above their garage), and you wouldnt even be able to tell. Absolutely no noise can be heard from the garage within the unit. The unit is fitted with new appliances that work great. This unit is completely separate from their home and is located in their backyard, so its very private. Secondly, the location is perfect. Coming off a night shift it was amazing to have a great neighborhood coffee shop, restaurants, and market steps away from where we lived. Super easy to hop on the highway to work, and very easy to get to the beaches on our time off. The area is very safe Lastly the landlords are wonderful. Great and friendly couple that make sure you are enjoying your stay. Extremely easy to talk to and get ahold of.
