Great Apartment and Great Experience!

I lived here for 10 weeks over the summer while completing an internship and had a fantastic experience! The studio was spacious and never felt cramped, with a bed, dresser, desk, couch, bathroom, dining table, TV, A/C, kitchen, and washer/dryer. There was plenty of natural light, ample dresser storage, and the apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in. The designated parking space, safe neighborhood, and downtown location were major advantages. Being close to Mass Ave and just a short drive from downtown Indy made commuting very convenient. The kitchen has limited counter space and no traditional oven or stovetop, but the toaster oven, microwave, and portable burner were more than enough for me. Penny was wonderful-friendly, professional, responsive, and respectful of my privacy. Maintenance requests were handled immediately, and the move-in/move-out process was very easy. For the price, this was an excellent value. I would definitely recommend it!

I stayed here for 10 weeks and the host was super pleasant and accommodating. I was close to my clinical site and just steps away from Mass Ave. Always felt safe, this is in a great neighborhood. Loved it here, thank you.
