WONDERFUL!!!

Very spacious and bright. The high ceilings make it feel even bigger. Location couldn't have been better. Short drive to all the places one would need. Conner was always very responsive and such a friendly landlord. Would rent from him if ever back in the area!!

BEWARE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. The owner rented this place to me without disclosing that there was a leak from the upstairs apartment bathroom. Water was running down the walls into the bedroom, and it probably has mold growing in the place. The "remodeling work" is shoddy, washer/dryer are unbalanced, stove was filthy, refrigerator died within a week which ruined about 200$ worth of food. Also, I hope you enjoy the unwanted 4 legged roomates scurrying about in the walls. So unless you enjoy, water leaks, rats and possibly mold; I would advise you to avoid this dump.
