Awesome cozy cottage!
I stayed at J and K's cottage during a healthcare contract in St Pete.The location is amazing- close to all the local hospitals, a mile from a couple great little city beaches that I loved (clean, quiet, and not crowded!), within walking distance to many restaurants,etc and Walmart and the grocery store are a 5-10 min trip. To say I loved staying here is an understatement. It was a little piece of heaven on earth. The cottage is cozy, homey, quiet, and clean. The private outdoor space is great, and parking isn't an issue at all. And to make it even better- J and K are an absolute pleasure to deal with and get to know! You'll have ZERO regrets renting from them, and to be honest, I'd like to keep this little place a secret all to myself in case I come back, but that's hardly fair to two people who couldn't be nicer! Don't hesitate- if it's available- you can't do better than this! I really hope to be back, and If I could give this ten stars I would!
