Beautiful 3 Bedroom home close to NAU in Ponderosa Trails

Absolutely the BEST!

Let me begin by saying I am VERY particular/picky when it comes to living conditions. Me and my husband are both travel nurses, but our main focus is our 3 year old daughter. This house not only met, but exceeded what we were hoping for in a 2 month living arrangement. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. The home was very clean and newly remodeled. As a family of 3, this property provided ample amount of space. The 2 living areas allowed us to use one for our daughters toys/tv viewing while the other was set up as a learning area for all of her puzzles, books, and developmental activities. A quick 10 minute drive put you in historic downtown Flagstaff! The property sits in a quiet cul-de-sac with incredible neighbors. There are walking/hiking trails accessible right out the front door. You will find many playgrounds within walking distance. With all that said, the greatest thing about this property was the owners responsiveness. BOOK THIS HOME!!!!
