Clean home, friendly host who also gives you space

I rented one bed/shared bath with another travel nurse in the other guest room. My room and the house were kept clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware making it easy for me to meal prep. K was great about sharing things like spices as I needed. As a host, she provided me with privacy and space but was happy to have dinner with me, go for a bike ride tour around town, or listen to me share about a crazy shift I had. The house is in a retirement community, which I loved because it meant the area was quieter and felt safe. Easy access to stores, restaurants, and highways. If I get an assignment in the Phoenix area again I'd definitely call K to see if her room is available.
