Comfy Cozy, Perfect location
This studio is the perfect space for anyone that works in the DMV, it’s located super close to the highway & metro, and less then 10 min from Old Town. I always felt safe in the neighborhood & in the house. Stacey was great to rent from, super accommodating and great at communicating! Love the back patio, there’s even a pear tree in the summer! I ended up staying for 8 months. Bathroom floors are heated, who doesn’t love that. Kitchen has the basics - air fryer, microwave, & multiple mini fridges. Would definitely recommend!!

Great place! Great location! Great person to rent from!
Very comfortable and delightfully decorated place. Has everything you need for a great stay. Literally nothing that you would need to bring with you. Stacey was so easy to communicate with and is a very caring person. I am hoping I will be back to stay again in the near future.

nice basement apartment
Been atbapartment almost 9 months. I have enjoyed my time here. The landlord has been amazing. She was always concerned about how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. Have enjoyed my time.

Lovely place, Lovely Landlady
I fell in love with this apartment the minute I walked it. Very comfortable. If I were not changing assignments in another state I would stay here for as long as I could. I completely enjoyed living here. My assignment at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus was an easy commute- most days it was les than 20 minutes. I highly recommend living here and if I ever return to the area, I hope this apartment is available again.
