Good Apartment in Clearwater

This is a good apartment that has everything you need, and it's located in a quiet, comfortable, and safe area close to Clearwater Beach. The screened in balcony is great, AC works well, and the keyless entry is really convenient. A peaceful park with songbirds is within walking distance, the living room is sufficiently large, kitchen is fully functional and updated, flooring is nice, and bedroom has a huge closet! Furnished well and WiFi works great, no issues. Maintenance and property manager are very accommodating and helpful. Laundry room is coin operated downstairs in the complex. The only true downsides we experienced as tenants were cockroaches (which maintenance and the property manager sprayed twice to control after we reported them) and loose outlets (plugs do not stay in the sockets well - they just fall right out). Reasonably priced and excellent value for the location and condition. There's only one parking spot at the complex per apartment, but plenty of street parking.

Great apartment

Apartment is in a great location, very nice neighborhood, anything you need - beach, grocery store, restaurants, hospital is close. Apartment is clean, have everything youll ever need. Host C is very nice, very helpful and can fix any problem if you happen to have one in apartment. If I comeback to Clearwater again, I will defiantly stay here again. Highly recommend.
