Stay Worthy of A Dream

I had the opportunity to stay at this property, while on a work assignment for 3 months. I was looking for a spacious place with a full kitchen for cooking. This place answered all of my needs in spades! Over 1,000 square feet, with 2 ample bedrooms and plenty closet space. Full kitchen with dishwasher and walkin pantry. Stove is a bit small so, be cognizant of pan size and baking dishes. Laundry on site - small units but, does sufficient job for small/medium sized loads. Three dining options, 2 inside and 1 outside. Large comfortable sectional sofa with flat screen tv in living area. No TV's in either bedroom, which was a bummer but, great for actually sleeping :) Lighting in front bedroom could/should be improved. Although blinds in living area/front of unit, not very private. Views are amazing!!! Access to deck on Horseshoe Lake and some water toys. Convenient to shopping, dining. Owners are responsive and super accommodating. Quiet neighborhood. I loved this place!

This is the Best Place You Will Ever Stay!!!!

What can I even say? S and D's property was everything I had hoped x1,000,000. The lake is GORGEOUS. Drinking coffee in the morning on the gazebo while reading was the highlight of my contract. The lake has incredible sunrises and sunsets. There are always different kinds of birds on the water. The mountains from the dock are beautiful too! The apartment is phenomenal! It is spacious, clean, new, and feels very much like a private apartment. S and D do a wonderful job of respecting privacy as well! That being said, I could not have loved my hosts more! They both were so kind, checking in to make sure I was doing well in the space and also enjoying all my stories from hiking and adventuring! I felt like I had my own little loveland family who were excited for my discoveries in a new town. They also gave amazing recommendations for the area and were excellent for helping with any questions I had settling in. I could not have been more thankful for my experience!!!!!

Our Favorite Rental

I can not speak highly enough about this rental. Doug and Stacy are amazing hosts! I wish we would have had more time to get to know them, but our contract was canceled early. The rental was immaculate, and had everything we needed. The location was very pretty with lots to do in the area. It's close to stores, restaurants, and Rocky Mountain National Park is an hour away for great hiking. Bald eagles would frequent the trees surrounding the property. We miss this rental already and consider it our favorite stay in all of our years of traveling. Stacy even made us chocolate chip cookies for our drive to our next destination. Hopefully, we can get another contract in the area and stay again. Thank you, Doug and Stacy, for opening your home to us!
