Beautiful Fullerton Studio near St Jude Hospital with Private Patio

I had the privilege of staying at Bill & Colette's studio in Fullerton the last 13 months. One of my favorite things to do on Sunday mornings was opening up the French Hinged doors and letting all of the fresh cool air come in to the studio. Also, they have a lot of bird feeders in the backyard and it was a nice seeing the hummingbirds, their cat, and Ruby (dog). If you get lucky, you might be able to try their cooking. Super healthy and tasted amazing. This was my first time ever using Furnished Finders to find a place to live and they made the process smooth and very easy. Another benefit is that the studio is basically located in Downtown Fullerton. A quick 5-minute walk and you'll have access to all of the restaurants and shopping stores. In addition, Bill & Colette are respectful and will give you your privacy since the studio is in the backyard behind the house. Book your next stay with Bill & Colette. I promise, you won't regret it!!

The Best Stay and Landlords

I stayed here during my first travel nurse assignment and I could not have asked for a better experience! The studio had everything I needed and more. It's within walking distance to downtown Fullerton with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and desserts. Collette and Bill are so kind and made me feel right at home! They let me store my surf board in their shed and shared home cooked meals. Their backyard is absolutely beautiful with amazing plants and hummingbirds. I LOVED sitting outside on the patio and leaving the French doors open and enjoying the weather. I highly recommend staying here if you can! :)

Amazing hosts and beautiful home!

I had an amazing stay at Colette and Bill's place! The studio was exactly as describedclean, cozy, and beautifully decorated making it a joy to live in. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown Fullerton and plenty of nearby restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The home is in close proximity to the freeway and plenty of nearby shopping centers making running errands a breeze. Colette and Bill were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive throughout my stay. Much like myself they are quiet and very considerate in sharing their home. The neighborhood is also great and I always felt safe, never an issue with parking. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering. Colette and Bill are some of the most genuine and down to earth people I have had the pleasure of knowing.

Comfortable and private studio

If youre at all interested in this property, book it. I really enjoyed my stay in this cozy studio. C and her family have thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable. I worked at CHOP and it was an easy 20 min drive to and from work. I worked night shift and it was quiet and cozy for day sleeping. The owners are also very considerate of your privacy and made sure to check with me regarding noise for landscaping and such, coordinating time and schedules. The bed is very comfortable. The outside patio is beautiful and nice for reading and soaking up the sunny days. The owners give up the driveway space my your car as well. They are very accommodating. Im my 6 years of traveling, this is one of the most thoughtful places Ive rented. I would absolutely stay here again!

Best Studio EVER!!

I stayed here for about 6 months and I LOVED it! It was my first travel nurse contract and I was so worried moving across the country, but B and C were AMAZING. They are probably the sweetest family that I know. I stayed in their studio during the holidays when I was feeling homesick, but they made sure to take care of me and bring me food. B and C are AMAZING cooks! I had issues with my hospital travel contract, but they were so accommodating and understanding. C let's you know if there is any work being done around the house beforehand, so she's definitely easy and quick to communicate with. I worked at CHOC and it was less than 20 minutes away and the commute was super easy. I truly feel blessed to have met these landlords and I HIGHLY recommend this studio! Thank you B and C!

Best Landlords ever!!

This was my first time using Furnished Finders to rent a place during my travel nursing contract in Fullerton, CA. Bill and Colette Coffman were superb landlords during my stay...theres nothing bad I can say about these wonderful people. Although, my stay was short due to my contract being cut early, Ive never had a more pleasant experience with strangers. By the end of my stay, Bill and Colette were more than just strangers, I truly felt like I had made a couple of new friends. Colettes communication is the best and theyll do everything they can for you to make your stay the most comfortable ever. I will definitely be recommending FF to all my fellow nurses. I just hope my future landlords are half as nice as the Coffmans! :)
