Excellent Host and Accommodation

Steven was a great host. My room was very clean when I moved in, and he was very attentive. The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Tower Grove Park and the Botanical Gardens. The neighborhood is nice and mostly quiet. Close to downtown and the interstate. I would highly recommend staying with Steven if visiting St. Louis.

Wonderful home with a wonderful host

Steven, the landlord, is wonderful and nothing but helpful and considerate to you and everyone renting his home. He has made my stay here in st louis pleasant and comforting and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking to stay in st louis for cheap!

Great place to stay.

Steven is a very fantastic and hospitable Landlord. His place is one of the best places that I have stayed during my rotations. Close to most attractions and hospitals in the city. Very clean and quiet even while sharing with other people. I would definitely stay at his place if I come back to St. Louis.

I consider this house my home

S's house is the place I called my home because S is the best landlord I have ever met. He is professional, kind, and also helps renters when we need some helps. In the house, sometimes traveling nurses, programmers like me, or grad students from nearby schools will stay. Professionals love to book and stay in this home because it is close to everything. Even if you don't have a car there is a small grocery store close to the corner of the street you can buy things you need. The house is very clear and quiet. I don't see other renters in the house because everyone schedule's is different, and I work from home. So most of the time, I feel like I'm the only one staying there. The kitchen is very spacious and you can cook your meals. All the kitchen supplies are provided. I usually finish lunch /dinner go back to my room, or walk 5 minutes to the Botanical Garden for a walk. Three years I haven't seen a renter who is not nice in the house. I will certainly go back and stay in S's house!

Awesome Stay

This place was a quiet and comfortable stay. The landlord named S was fantastic and very hospitable. He has a true heart of Gold and if I ever came back to St Louis he without a doubt would be my landlord again!

Traveler TLC

S's house is VERY homey, clean and comfortable! It is so close to EVERYTHING too. S takes care of cleaning supplies, TP, paper towels, irons, etc. and, the basement has several full sized W/Ds for use. The kitchen is huge and S has the cookware and dishes, coffeemaker w/coffee, rice pot, toaster all taken care of! He even provides robes so that you won't have to bring yours along. The home had other Traveler RNs staying there but, believe me, it is VERY quiet and everyone was clean and professional and respectful of one another's quiet time and space. It is walking (5 minutes LITERALLY from the Botanical Garden and large park- which is great if you like to run or take long walks for exercise. It is close (8-10 minutes) to both BJC and St Louis Children's if you will be working there. I would definitely stay at S's place again!
