Phenomenal Location Near Hiking Trails

The property was clean and organized when I arrived. Good amount of cooking equipment including a blender. If you have dogs, be aware that all walking routes from the apartment have hills. Minimal streetlights, so great for stargazing, but bring a headlamp if you plan on walking at night. You have your own mailbox. Street parking was plentiful. Key code entry so didn't have to carry a key. The closet was deep with room for storage, able to hang some clothes. Multiple dressers. Washer and dryer in the garage were high quality, and there was space to hang clothing to dry as well. G was a great and generous landlord. He was available when needed. He let me store my road bike in the garage. I had the option to allow housekeeping to clean the apartment every other week. When the microwave broke, he purchased and delivered a new one promptly.
