Great Stay in Uptown!

I absolutely loved my time at this Uptown Dallas apartment! Its a rare find with all bills paid, fully furnished, and quality furniture. The building itself is small and older, but very well maintained. It also has great on-site parking, which is a huge plus in Dallas. The location couldnt be better. Its right by the Katy Trail and surrounded by great restaurants. You really cant find anything else quite like this in Dallas. Ill definitely be back!

Old and unsafe

The owners do not put any money back into the property. Everything is extremely old, falling apart, and the king bed is two twins put together so its very uncomfortable. My car got broken into, I asked J to review the cameras (theres multiple) so I could file a police report. He gave us a couple excuses and then ghosted us since we were moving out the following day. We have not been able to contact him again. The oven was broken (door wouldnt close) so we asked to get it repaired and he replied by saying most people just got out to eat around here, they dont use the oven. J came by to the apartment to say hi at least twice a month. I want to pay my rent and be left alone so I found it creepy how often he would come knocking for no reason.
