Perfect Rental
This unit was incredible. It had everything I needed. Fast internet and WiFi. Wall heaters work great. Bed was extremely comfortable. Amazing views of the water. Friendly neighbors. Everything is very walkable including TG, Stadium Thiftway and McMenamins will definitely stay here again when I come back! Very communicative owner and very friendly!

Awesome stay!
This property was perfect! The condo was extremely clean and had everything I needed for my three month stay. Great location, walking distance to many things including three hospitals. Never felt unsafe in the area. K was great as well. Very responsive and flexible. Wish I could have stayed longer!

A beautiful condo close to downtown restaurants, breweries, museums, fishing pier, and hospital. Airport is 30 min away (60 min during rush hour). Friendly neighbors. Assigned parking spot on Court C street. Free washer and dryer in complex. Caring landlord that is reachable 24/7.

perfect and cozy
Perfect little apartment close to Tacoma General and other hospitals. Well stocked, you won't need to bring a thing! Clean, well functioning, enough storage in bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Internet fast, no issues with slow speeds. You can walk to Tacoma General, Wright park, grocery, coffee, restaurants and bars. Parking spot available. Area to walk dog if needed. The apartment is safe and secure. I felt very cozy here through the rainy winter, bed is comfortable! Kathryn is a lovely human being and very quick to respond to any texts. I would recommend this apartment to any travel nurse with pets. Highly recommend!
