Amazing!

Where do I begin!? This home became my home, and it was very difficult to leave. The landlord and his family were amazing, very helpful whenever I needed anything or had any questions. The home was in immaculate condition, super clean, beautiful updates the owner had done, wonderful beds, even down to the linens! Most importantly they accepted me with loving and open arms which in turn they became like family to me. This was my first time renting under a travel contract and I couldn't have had a better experience. I am still homesick for this house and most of all the amazing owners. I hope to make it back there someday soon!

Quiet, Safe, and Fabulous House

This house was perfect for my temporary stay in Smithfield. It is charming, clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable, good size bathrooms, all kitchen essentials, wonderful dining room & living room and even has a porch with rocking chairs and swinging bench. Perfect location if you are going to work at Johnston Smithfield Hospital (5 minutes away). And, just a few blocks from the Greenway trail and downtown. Jesse, the owner, is a great host and was always there when we needed him. He was accommodating and very quick to respond. I loved staying here and I highly recommend his place.
