Great location!
This is a great apartment. It has everything you need and you cannot beat the location. Its 1-2 blocks from downtown with plenty of restaurants and bars. Also just a short walk to CalTrain. Speaking of CalTrain, it runs right beside the building and can be loud, which the owner states in the description, but I got used to it and it really didnt bother me too much. There is a shared washer and dryer on the floor which was very convenient. The owner, R, was very pleasant to work with and she was accommodating to my needs.
