This is a great apartment. It has everything you need and you cannot beat the location. Its 1-2 blocks from downtown with plenty of restaurants and bars. Also just a short walk to CalTrain. Speaking of CalTrain, it runs right beside the building and can be loud, which the owner states in the description, but I got used to it and it really didnt bother me too much. There is a shared washer and dryer on the floor which was very convenient. The owner, R, was very pleasant to work with and she was accommodating to my needs.

I'm a well traveled teacher, live quietly but am friendly. I lived in New Orleans for ten years, with short term tenants, and am still friends with most of them. I love going to see live music, hiking in the redwoods, or vegging out at home. I don't have pets, but if you have a well behaved pet under 30 lbs, we can chat about that.
